1. Services Provided: Mizan Solutions LLC offers custom personal cloud and NAS setup services for home users and small businesses, including consultation, device configuration, and ongoing support.

2. Payment and Fees: Service pricing is determined after an initial consultation, which is provided free of charge. Final pricing will be quoted based on your specific requirements and must be confirmed before any service is rendered. Additional fees may apply for custom add-ons, on-site visits, or extended support.

3. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information and access as needed for setup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your NAS device after installation unless an extended support agreement is in place. You are also responsible for maintaining a reliable power source and ensuring the system is not tampered with after delivery.

4. Warranty and Liability: Mizan Solutions LLC provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we take every measure to ensure functionality and data protection during setup, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, corruption, system failure, unauthorized access, hardware malfunctions, or disruptions caused by user actions, third-party software, hardware defects, cyberattacks, or unforeseen events (such as power outages, fire, flood, or theft). You agree to hold Mizan Solutions LLC harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities related to the use, misuse, or failure of the equipment or services provided. We do not offer any warranty, express or implied, beyond the initial configuration service.

5. Intellectual Property: All content and materials on our website, branding, documentation, and written instructions are the intellectual property of Mizan Solutions LLC and may not be reused, republished, or distributed without express written permission.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without notice if any terms are violated or if there is abusive or fraudulent behavior. Refunds are not guaranteed upon termination.

7. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
